No party planner ever
wants their guests to leave hungry, but what is the right amount of
appetizers to order for an event?
When planning an event where appetizers will be served prior to the
meal, the recommended number for appetizers is 5 to 7 pieces per
guest.
On the other hand, when serving appetizers in lieu of a meal, the
recommended number is 8 to 10 pieces per guest.
